How to Install and Connect Pin Tags to HubSpot

Step 1: Install the Pin tags from App MarketPlace

Step 2: Install the Package and Connect the HubSpot Account

Step 3: Package Installed and visible in the Integration(Connected App)

How To Setup Components in HubSpot

Setup Pin Tags Component

Navigate to Hubspot Account -> Settings -> Integrations-> Connected Apps ->Click on the PinTags -> 3 options will be available (Add to Contacts / Add to Company / Add to Deal) -> Add PinTags on all record pages and Save it.

Step 1: Navigate to your HubSpot Account -> Settings

Step 2: Go to Integrations -> Connected App ->PinTags

Step 3: Click on the Add to Contact/ Company/ Deal -> Click on Default view

Step 4: Click on Add Cards -> Check the checkbox true for PinTags -> Save and Exit

How To Setup Components in HubSpot

Setup Pin Tag Summary Component

Navigate to Hubspot Account -> Settings -> Integrations-> Connected Apps ->Click on the Pin Tag Summary-> an option will be available (Add to Pin Tag Parent) -> Added Pin Tag summary will appear on records and Save it.

Step 1: Navigate to your HubSpot Account -> Settings

Step 2: Go to Integrations -> Connected App ->PinTags

Step 3: Add tag on the records -> Click on the Add to Pin Tag Parent

Step 4: Click on Default view -> Add the Pin Tag Summary in Card -> Save and exit

How to Create tags in HubSpot

Navigate to Hubspot Account -> Go to CRM -> Contact / Company/ Deal -> Select any Contact record -> Create new tag in the Pin Tags -> Create a new tag -> Added Tags visible on the Pin tags section.

Step 1: Navigate to your HubSpot Account -> Go to CRM -> Contact

Step 2: Select any Contact record

Step 3: Create a new tag in the Pin Tags -> Create a new tag -> Added tags visible in the downside.

How to Add tags in Hubspot

Navigate to Hubspot Account -> Go to CRM -> Company -> Select any Company record -> Search the existing tag and Click on the tags to Add it-> Tags added and show downside

Step 1: Navigate to your HubSpot Account -> Go to CRM -> Company / Deal

Step 2: Select any Companies record

Step 3: Search the existing tag

Step 4: Click on the tags to Add it-> Tags added and show downside

How to Remove Tags in Hubspot

Navigate to Hubspot Account -> Go to CRM -> Company -> Select any Company record -> Click on the cross(X) button on tags -> Tag will remove from added tags

Step 1: Select any Company record -> Click on the cross(X) button on tags

Step 2: Tag will remove from added tags

How to Preview the Tags details

Navigate to Hubspot Account -> Go to CRM -> Company -> Select any Company record -> Search the existing tag and Click on the tags to Add it-> Tags added and show downside

Step 1: Navigate to your HubSpot Account -> Go to CRM -> Company / Deal
